Three Service Levels
Our operator assisted services provide a wide range of features to support your conferencing event, so you receive support that is tailored to your needs. If you simply have more than 125 participants, our automated service is unattended with available operator assistance. With our Standard service, participants are entered into the call, a roll call is conducted and the line quality is checked by the operator. Our Premium service provides advanced features, including Q&A and polling, with online operator monitoring.
